Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Landhaus Osttirol.
By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
• Full payment must be completed prior to arrival as stated in your booking.
• Prices include accommodation and standard utilities unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation policies depend on the selected rate and platform (e.g. Booking.com).
• Please refer to your booking confirmation for exact conditions.
• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

3. Security Deposit

• A security deposit may be required as stated in your booking confirmation.
• This will be refunded after check-out if no damage is found.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00
• Check-out: before 10:00

5. Guest Responsibilities

• The main guest must be at least 18 years old.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• The property must be used respectfully and only for accommodation.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

6. Damage & Loss

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Damages must be reported immediately.

7. Liability

Landhaus Osttirol is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
We are also not responsible for temporary interruptions of services beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions).

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria.
Jurisdiction: courts in Lienz, Austria.
