Spacious and cozy holiday apartment, perfect for families and friends. The house is spread over two floors and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for two families or groups traveling together while still enjoying privacy. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and beautiful mountain views. In winter, ski areas can be reached within minutes, and the ski bus stops nearby. During summer, the house is a perfect base for outdoor activities.

Our holiday home is located at Nussbaumerweg 4–6 in Dölsach, a quiet village just outside Lienz in beautiful East Tyrol.

A car is highly recommended to fully explore the region. Free parking is available directly at the property.

Dölsach is connected to Lienz by bus, and the nearest bus stop is within walking distance. From Lienz, there are train connections to other major Austrian cities. Please note that public transport in the area can be limited, especially in the evenings and on weekends.

Within a short drive, you will find shops, restaurants, and the charming town center of Lienz. At the same time, you are directly connected to nature, with hiking and cycling routes starting nearby. In winter, several ski areas can be reached within minutes, and a ski bus stop is located close to the house. In summer, the region is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, rafting, and paragliding. From the house, you can even see the Roman archaeological site of Aguntum, which is just a few minutes away by car. With its peaceful surroundings, mountain views, and sunny climate, this location is perfect for both relaxation and adventure.
