Landhaus Osttirol

Landhaus Osttirol is a spacious and charming holiday home, perfect for families or groups. The house features three bedrooms: two with double beds, and one with two double beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area for two more guests, accommodating up to 10 people comfortably. The home has a large living room with seating and flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area ideal for shared meals. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet. Additional amenities include a sauna, free WiFi, washing machine and dryer, and private parking. Large windows and a terrace offer natural light and scenic mountain and town views, while the garden and barbecue area provide perfect outdoor relaxation. Guests have full exclusive access to the house, combining alpine charm with modern comfort for a memorable stay in Osttirol.

Our holiday home is located at Nussbaumerweg 4–6 in Dölsach, a quiet village just outside Lienz in beautiful East Tyrol.

A car is highly recommended to fully explore the region. Free parking is available directly at the property.

Dölsach is connected to Lienz by bus, and the nearest bus stop is within walking distance. From Lienz, there are train connections to other major Austrian cities. Please note that public transport in the area can be limited, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
